Happy New Year, Well Almost

Hi Everyone,

I am late posting this. I had company yesterday and it was a great day. Visit with my bestie and had  a blast.

This is for our Friday Challenge over at The Outlawz Copic/Promarker Challenge.

My card is made using a Mo's digital pencil image. Such a cutie to ring in the new year.

He is colored with my Copics. The silver paper is by Making Memories. The gold is from Michaels.
I added a few pearls to the background paper to sort of highlight the starburst in the paper.

My cut outs of the Happy New Year border as well as the Happy New Year glass is done using my Cameo. In case you can't tell. I love that machine.

To get the glitter on the words for the glass, I added some tape to the back then added glitter to the front pressed it into the tape well and boom sparkle works. You know you just have to have that bling.

This is the last week for a December sponsor Birdie Brown at the CPC challenge. I hope you will join us this week and show us what you have.

Thank you for stopping by and hope you have a very safe and Happy New Year.

What's a little shaking.

Hi there,

Hope this Thursday is a good one for everyone. Well soon no more Christmas cards. I have a few more to post for the year but then on to Valentines.

This image is adorable from Make it Crafty. I just love the look on her face. It's like she is thinking what could it be? Does it move? What?

She was really fun to color.

I have used my copics to color her.
I added some white sharpie paint pen to the gift for added interest. She has a little stickles around her and on the bow of the box.

The glitter on her fur trim is from Martha Stewart called Tinsel it is so pretty in person and just glistens when the light hits it. The Merry Christmas is an old Michael's dollar stamp.

I used Bo Bunny papers and added a few half pearls.

Thanks for stopping by today and hope you enjoyed the card.

Making a list!

Hi There,

It's Tuesday. Can you believe this time next week all the festivities will be going on for Christmas. Wow, Thanksgiving was early this year so you would have thought that Christmas wouldn't have moved in this fast but it sure did. I hope everyone is done or very close to done all they need to do for the holiday. I was out yesterday getting most of my fixings for Christmas Dinner and boy was the store mobbed already.

Ok. enough of me rambling. Today is Tuesday and that brings a new challenge over at Through the Craft Room Door Magazine. Yes, it is an anything goes challenge but remember we do have rules and if they are not followed your entry will be removed. We want this to be a fair challenge to everyone.

My card today is using an image from our wonderful sponsor this time around. Saturated Canary. She is checking over that list. Are you on the Good List or did you land yourself on the Naughty List?

She is colored using my copics. I have cut the image and shadow image with my Cameo. The card is also cut using my Cameo I love this card design.

I used some older chipboard pieces I have had for a couple of years now.

I just love the way that she came out and stands out from the card. I hope you will join us for our challenge this week. We would love to see what you have for us.
Thanks for stopping by and have a wonderful holiday.

What is your New Years Resolution?

Happy Friday Everyone,

Yup, the question of the day is What is your New Years Resolution? Well at least for our challenge over at The Outlawz. Do you make resolutions? Do you stick with them or do you make the same one each year?

Today I bring you my card that is using this fun image from Phindy's Place.

I tried to keep this more clean and simple. I colored the image and then I added some old  flocking that I have had since sometimes in the 1990's to the towel to give it a little fluffy look. I have a bunch of different colors. I think it was made by Stampendous. It is funny how so much of the old stuff is making it's way back around again.

I made up the little verse with the computer.

I added a few brads to match.

I hope that you will join us for the challenge.
We are being sponsored by Birdie Brown this month and she has some really cute images in her shop.

Thanks so much for stopping by today.

Swinging into Christmas

Hello Everyone,

Hope you weekend has gotten off to a good start. I am doing pretty well. I finished up a card today so thought I would go a head and post it while I had the time.

I am using a Mo's Digital Pencil image. I think is such a cute image.
I have colored the image with my Copics and have used some of my favorite color combos.

The red is using R37, R46, R59 and E18. This is my go to combos when I want a rich red.
The ornament is done using the combo I like for creating a gold metallic color  Y26, Y28, Yr31 and Yr 23

I have added some puff paint and glitter to the "fur" trim areas and a little stickles to the ornament as well as some Cherry Cobbler red SU "stickles" for the holly berries.

I went with making a long card this time. I haven't done one of these in a while so I thought it would be a nice change. I added a piece of red seam binding for a little extra.

I hope you have enjoyed my card today. Thank you so much for stopping by.

Christmas Gift Giving

Hello there everyone,

Today is Friday so that brings another fun challenge over at The Outlawz Copic/Promarker challenge.
This weeks theme is Gift Giving. How fun.

The card has been cut using my Cameo and a free files from Birds Cards. She has some of the best cut files out there. I also cut out the image and created the shadow layer with the Cameo as well.

The snowflakes are some chipboard cut outs that I have had for a couple of years.
The paper is from Bazzil's Believe collection. I have added Glossy Accents to the sentiment JOY to make it stand out. It is very pretty in person.

The white fur trim has a touch of Glamor Dust for the sparkle.
I hope you will stop over and check out this weeks challenge

TTCRD New Challenge

Hello Everyone and Happy Tuesday.

Since it is Tuesday that brings another challenge over at Through the Craft Room Door Magazine. As always it is Anything Goes but you do have to follow the rules. Unfortunately there were several entries that had to be removed due to not following the very few rules that we do have. Please don't be one of the ones that require us to remove the entry.

This weeks challenge is being sponsored by Michelle Perkett. My image is one of her Christmas images. I printed this and cut it and the Merry Christmas that came with the image out with my Silhouette Cameo.

Don't forget to stop by and check out some great inspiration by my fellow DT's and our Guest DT's.

My papers are by Pebbles.  This little paper sets are so cute and fun to use. The little dotted "ribbon" is out of the pack as well. My holly cut out is by Cheery Lynn.

I broke out my while gel pen and added a little to the packages after I colored them with my Copics.

There is some sparkle on the ribbon and bow around the package.

Have you seen the sneak peek of the latest issue? If not check out this video.

Thank you stopping by today.
